Build five tower landmarked complex houses 551 authentic loft residences ranging from studios to three bedrooms.

The project preserved the landmarked Art-Deco façade, saw-toothed roof, grand scale windows, and soaring ceiling heights that range from 14 to 27 ft. in the buildings’ two-level penthouse residences.
