Conversion of 75,000 sq. ft of existing office space in this landmark structure and construction of a new, steel-framed 85,000 sq. ft extension to create a combined 160,000 sq. ft of retail space.

The new and converted space are connected by large openings in masonry bearing walls which required complicated shoring and support systems.
