Marriott AC Hotel

Located at 260 West 40th Street in the heart of Times Square, the Marriott’s new 4-Star AC Hotel was a ground-up construction with 20 floors and 290 guestrooms. The cast-in-place concrete superstructure supports a curtain wall façade and an intricate storefront lobby system.
