Andaz Fifth Avenue

Once a 215,000 sq.ft commercial office building, Andaz was converted into a new luxury boutique hotel, keeping the brick and limestone façade of this historic 1916 Rogers Peet Building.

An additional five stories, constructed of metal panels and a glass wall system, were added atop the 41st Street tower.

The hotel features 184 guestrooms, with many of the 36 suites offering entertaining areas, balconies and kitchenettes.
