this unique project involved a 30,000 sf multi-story build-out to provide executives suites and legal offices. The core of the design, a convenience stair and feature wall, connects 3 floors. One of the floors was dedicated to presentations, offering a boardroom, private screening room, and a projection room featuring stylized details and distinctive fixtures
