The Triangle Plaza Hub project, located at 459 East 149th Street in the Bronx, will transform an existing municipal parking lot into an 88,000
square foot mixed-use building containing commercial, retail, and community facility space. Uniquely, the building will offer 86 parking spaces on the roof of the structure for customer and tenant use. Utilizing green initiatives and principals, the project is seeking a minimum of LEED Silver Certification.
