Three nineteenth century apartment buildings were combined and renovated into 38 luxury condominium units. The project required new water, gas and electrical services, new boiler, sprinklers, windows and elevator cabs. The landmark street facade was cleaned and ornamentation restored.

Each apartment has superior finishes, and was acoustically treated with vibration isolation in the walls, acoustics padding under the new wood floors, and three layered sheet rock on the ceilings. In addition, each apartment has its own very quiet air conditioning system, with a rooftop condenser. All apartments were sold out on the opening day of the sales effort.
